REGISTERED DIETITIAN AND NUTRITIONIST

Hi, I’m Erin Linton!

I totally get it. The relationship with food can be overwhelming and frustrating, especially when you're looking to the scale to define your success. But maybe it’s time to do things a little differently.

I’m here to help you throw out all of the confusing things you’ve learned over the years about food and get you back in balance. We’re going anti-diet and throwing out the goal of weight loss. I will teach you to better understand food and nutrition to support your health goals. I believe in you!

  • I have a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin in Nutrition and a Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Texas Tech University.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Licensed Dietitian, so my credentials are Erin Linton, MS, RDN, LD.

  • The field of nutrition and dietetics is a marriage of two things I love — science and the ability to help people. I’ve had the privilege of working inpatient and outpatient for over 15 years, helping people disentangle their health from weight status to discover a balanced relationship with food.

  • Anywhere with my husband and our three kids is my happy place. When at home, you can usually find me in our kitchen cooking and trying new recipes for loved ones. I rarely cook without music — meaning most dishes are served with a side of my best dance moves and ridiculous lip-syncing.

★★★★★

Erin helped me realize there were small steps to healthier eating, and how to consider when, why, and what I was eating. I now think more carefully about changing habits, the challenges of cooking for one, and planning a healthier diet every week. I’m very grateful to her.
